Youth Festival on National Integration
Youth Festival on National Integration is celebrated in Paavai Institutions, every year. And this year it was celebrated on 24.01.2012 in Paavai Campus. More than 100 Schools both private and government, participated and more than 1500 students from these schools participated and exhibited their talents in 12 competitions like quiz, elocution, science exhibition held at Paavai Institutions.
Shri. CA. N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions presided over the function. The Chairman in his presidential address said to the students of various schools that they should learn the practice of greeting, appreciating and thanking others. The models exhibited by the students were an example for such activities. He also appreciated the great effort put in by the students and asked the students to excel in their talents. He also announced that 100 students securing more than 180 cut-off in the +2 examination will be given a scholarship.
The chief guest Mr. V.Kumar, CEO, Namakkal gave the keynote address. In his keynote address, he said that, all the students should put their effort to develop and improve the leadership qualities. By looking at the drawings, students must be in position for delivering a poem. He also added that students should utilize all the opportunities, should create opportunities by themselves, and always be active and keep in search of the opportunists. The content is same but the way of teaching learning process differs from teacher to teacher. Teacher should deliver the content is such a way that the learning happens to the maximum. Students should involve much in observing while learning process occurs.
Prizes were distributed to students and a memento was presented to the teachers of various schools who attended the function.
